The pets' cemetery in Powerscourt Gardens in Wicklow County, Ireland.

The quiet slope beneath mature trees is believed to contain the largest pets' cemetery in any private Irish garden. Formal headstones mark the last resting place of much loved pets belonging to the Wingfield and Slazenger families. Among them were: Eugenie, a 17-year old Jersey cow who "had 17 calves and produced over 100,000 gallons of milk"; Beverley, a St. Bernard champion and her sister Bridget; Tommy, a Shetland pony that "died March 2, 1936, aged 32, also his wife Magic, died 1926".
